Francesco Mazzeo Rinaldi is an Associate Professor at the University of Catania, where he teaches Multivariate statistical techniques and evaluation research methodology, and Planning and evaluation of social policies. He is also an Affiliate Professor at the KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and the Built Environment, Stockholm. Among the main research interests covered by publications are public policies evaluation, the use of Big Data in social research, and social and cohesion policy. He has been a Visiting Scholar at several Universities and Research Centres in Europe, the US, Central America, and Asia. He is currently serving as CEO of BENCH S.r.l., Spin-off of the University of Catania, and associate editor of the Italian Evaluation Review.
